Lower Back Pain

Lower Back Pain

Lower back or the lumbar spine, is a structure of interconnecting bones, joints, nerves, ligaments & muscles which all work together to provide support, strength & flexibility. However, this complex structure also leaves the lower back susceptible to injury and pain.
