What is Osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis causes bones weakness; it makes the bone so weak that even mild stress can cause fracture. Such type of fracture mostly occurs in the spine, wrist or hip. Bone being a living tissue, constantly breaks down and replaced. It  is the situation where creation of the new bone does not keep up with the removal of old bone.

  • Kidney or liver disease
  • Cancer
  • Lupus
  • Multiple myeloma
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Sedentary lifestyle.

  • Reduction in height along with stooped posture
